Cabbage Diet Soup Recipe Napa Cabbage, perfect for soup

This recipe simply uses Napa Cabbage to make a soup that even a child can make, but a chef can enjoy. You can fully appreciate the natural flavor of this hearty, fiber rich cabbage in this dish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This soup is delicious and good if you are on diet. Napa cabbage is also ideal to be included in gout diet because it is rich in nutritious but contains no purine, a substance in foods and our bodies that causes gout.

Ingredients:

  • Napa cabbage -- Half head, roughly cut into 1/2 inch wide rectangles
  • Water -- 4 cups
  • Vegetable oil or sesame oil -- a few drops
  • Green onion -- 1, chopped
  • Salt -- to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat water in a pot over high heat until boil.

  2. Add Napa Cabbage. Bring to a boil again.

  3. Add salt, green onion and oil drops, mix well.

  4. Turn off heat.

  5. Enjoy!
