Chinese Chicken Balls

This Chinese chicken ball recipe will let you enjoy chicken balls the Chinese way. It's one of the Chinese chicken recipes I like to use when both kids and adults are present. It's fun to make and it's fun to eat. Super good.


  • Chicken breasts -- 6, boneless, skinless, cut to 1 inch cubes
  • All purpose white flour -- 1 cup, another 1/4 cup for coating the chicken
  • Baking powder -- 3 teaspoons
  • Salt -- 1 1/3 teaspoons
  • Pepper -- 1/3tsp
  • Eggs -- 3
  • Milk -- 1 1/4cup
  • Cooking oil -- 2 tablespoons


  • Mix together 1 cup of white flour with the baking powder, salt, pepper. Add the eggs and milk. Mix it well.

  • Take the chicken pieces and dip them in the 1/4 cup of flour, then dip them into the batter to coat the chicken.

  • Fry the chicken pieces in hot cooking oil until browned on all sides and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
