With this chicken recipe, you can have an authentic Chinese dish from your own kitchen.
Spray chicken breasts with vegetable oil spray.
Grill chicken breasts 5 minutes per side or until they are brown in spots, then chop them into bite size pieces.
Combine sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic and ginger in a saucepan, heat over medium, stir often until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil.
Combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce pan, stirring often.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce thickens.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add chicken to sizzle, then reduce heat and pour sauce over the chicken.
Heat and stir through.
Serve over rice.
