Soy sauce -- 2 1/3 tablespoons
Carrots -- 2 cups, diced
Celery -- 2 stalks, chopped
Large red bell pepper -- 1, diced
Small green bell pepper -- 1, diced
Mushrooms or veggie of your choice -- 3/4 cup, chopped
Cooked rice -- 6 cups
Eggs -- 2
