Stress symptoms are like other signs of sickness. They are the warnings our body give us to take action to have the right stress management.

NOBODY is immune to the unpleasant side of life. Overloaded demands, business deadlines and other hassles and frustrations are very common to everyone. They are part of the cause of daily stress.

Stress sneaks into our lives in many ways. It tends to build up silently until the symptoms of stress overload appear. It's important to recognize the signs of stress if we want to positively manage it. It helps you ease the stress before the stress overwhelms you.

Here Are the Common Signs of Being Stressed Out:

  • Headaches and pains
  • Palpitation, chest pain
  • Diarrhea or constipation
  • Dizziness or nausea

  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Feeling lonely and isolated
  • Constantly unhappy or depressed

When these stress symptoms appear, it mean that your physical and mental limits have been seriously tested. It's time to seek tools or help to deal with the stress and anxiety that is overwhelming you.

What Helped Me

I once was tested severely by life too. My main symptoms were serious headaches, palpitations and everlasting heavy eyelids due to continuous lack of rest for a long period of time.

I think I can say I know how it is when stress is too high, and I know some helps aren't helps at all even though they present them as helps.

There were a few ways that worked together to help me out, such as consciously using relaxing techniques.

I also consciously took some simple actions that I wouldn't take if it's by habit. In the meantime, I sought out some food for thought to strengthen me. This was kind of like having a inner fitness exercise. It did a great deal in helping me deal with my situation.
